Protecting the individual’s privacy is crucial to the future of Internet-based business and the move toward a true Internet economy. MCCK Consulting Group, Inc. (“Company”) has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its firm commitment to secure the individual’s right to privacy and ensure the trustworthiness of its internet communication and its processing of individual’s personal information.

This Privacy Policy sets forth the Company’s approach in respect to the Information that is collected from the Visitors of mcckgroup.com (“Website”), as well as to the Users of the online, mobile, software, application, and other services that it provides (“Services”).  The term “Information” refers to all of the different forms of data, content, and information described in the succeeding paragraph, which were currently and previously collected.

This Privacy Policy also provides for the rights of the Company over the Information, regardless of what type of device or application that is used to access the Website and Services. By using the Website and Services, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, transferring, disclosure, and other usage of the Information described in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website and Services, nor provide us any Information.

Information Collected

The Company may collect, store, and transfer the following Information when you use the Website and Services:

 Visitor and User Provided Information

  • Upon registration or during access to the Website and Services, the Company may collect some of your Personal Information to contact or identify you, including your name, phone number, credit card and other billing information, e-mail, home and business postal addresses.

 Employer Provided Information

  • The Services may also be used by the employer to store certain Employment Information such as employment status, benefits information, and emergency contact details. This Employment Information is encrypted and stored on secured servers and may only be accessed by the person/s designated by your employer to have administrative access as an Account Administrator.

 Employment Files and Document

  • The Company collects and stores the Employment Files and Documents (“Files”) such as but not limited to resumes, notices to explain, memos, contract addendums, government identification cards and permits, diplomas, and transcript of records. The Users or the Account Administrator have the right to upload, download, or access these Files in the Services. If the Users or Account Administrator adds a File to an account that has been previously uploaded by you or another user, the Company may associate all or a portion of the previous Files with your account rather than storing a duplicate.

 

Use and Purpose of Collected Data

Personal Information

Personal Information collected may be used:

  • To provide and improve the Company’s services;
  • To administer your use of the Website and Services;
  • To improve the Websites and Services;
  • To better understand your needs and interests;
  • To personalize and improve your experience;
  • To process any request made by you; and
  • To provide or offer software updates and product announcements.

The Company does not sell, trade, or transfer your Information to third parties. However, in some instances, the Company contracts trusted third parties who assist in operating and maintaining the Website and Services, conducting the Company’s business, and providing service to you. The Company shall have the right to collect and analyze the Information relating to the provision, use, and performance of various aspects of the Services and related systems and technologies (including, without limitation to, information and data derived therefrom), and the Company will be free  to (i) use such Confidential Information to improve and enhance the Services and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes in connection with the Services and other Company offerings, and (ii) disclose the Confidential Information solely in aggregate or other de-identified form in connection with its business and whenever required by law.

If you choose to give us your e-mail address, the Company will communicate with you via e-mail. The Company does not share your e-mail address to third parties, unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy. Your Information may be transmitted automatically when you send an e-mail to the Company, depending on how your e-mail application is set-up. You can choose not to receive any e-mail from the Company at any time about the Services by clicking the unsubscribe button on the emails. However, please take note that you will automatically receive e-mails from the Company when you avail of its Subscription Services.

The Company will endeavor to respond to your queries about third-party services. In doing so, the Company may need to send some information about your inquiry to its service provider, which may include your e-mail address and other Personal Information; provided, that, your requested services cannot be provided by the Company.

Employment Information and Documents

  • Employment Information and Files may be accessed and downloaded by the Users and Account Administrators. The Company does not access or use the Employment Information and Files, except those (1) in an encrypted form, or (2) in aggregated reports that do not contain or cannot be used to extract personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information is any data given to the Company that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a person or to identify an individual, such as but not limited to date and place of birth, mother’s maiden name, etc.
  • Users and Account Administrators shall be solely responsible for any use of the Employment Information and Files.

Analytics

  • The Company or the third parties which it contracts with may also collect some Information by using logging activities and cookies, such as Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses. The Company shall use such Information for the same purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy, monitoring and analyzing the use of the Website and Services, technical administration, improvement of the Website’s and Services’ functionality and user-friendliness, and verification of the authorization of the Users to process their requests in the Services.

Compliance with valid legal procedures and similar instances

The Company may disclose your Information, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Comply with legal requirements, obligations, and processes;
  • Enforce this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Agreement; or,

Accessing your Information

You acknowledge that the Company has no obligation to monitor any Information appearing on the Website and Services. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or legality of any uploaded Files and the Information that you provide in order to access and use the Website and Services.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Terms of Service Agreement, and the requirements of the law, the Company permits a reasonable right to access and review the Information collected by it. If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask to have your information corrected or removed by contacting our email below. The Company will endeavor to provide the Information to you within a reasonable time.

You can withdraw your consent to us in using your data provided you submit a written notice.  However, depending on the circumstances and the nature or extent, the withdrawal of consent may result in Company’s inability to provide services to you.

The Company will not respond to repetitious or vexatious requests for access. In determining whether a request is repetitious or vexatious, it will consider such factors as the frequency with which the Information is updated, the purpose for which it is used, and its nature.

 

Online Inquiry

The Company may collect non-personally identifiable information, such as but not limited to your age, gender, preferences, interests, and favorites, using log files that are not associated with your name or other personally identifiable information. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by the Company, which may include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring Services addresses. This information is used by the Company for the operation of the Subscription Service, and to maintain the quality and provide general statistics regarding the use of the Website and Services.

 

 Log Files

The Company surveys may ask you for non-personally identifiable information, such as postal codes or your industry sector. If the online survey collects your contact details, the Company may use the same to send you further information about Marketing events, promotions, other industry trends; provided, that, your consent was obtained in the survey. Choice/Opt-Out

If at any time you no longer wish to subscribe from the Subscription Service and receive any future communications, please inform your account administrator. You may also unsubscribe from the Company’s marketing communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of the Company’s e-mail. If you terminate the use of the Subscription Service, the Company will allow you to access all your Information stored in the Subscription Service, including any Information provided by you, for your export. After termination, the Company may, unless otherwise provided herewith, delete all your Information from the Subscription Service.

 

Data Retention

The Company may retain and use your Information for up to thirty (30) days after the termination of your agreement with the Company or for as long as reasonably necessary for which it was collected, or to comply with the Company’s legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce its agreements. If the Company is required to retain any portion of the Information, the Company shall use reasonable efforts to limit the use of such Information to what is necessary to accomplish the particular purpose. The Company will take reasonable steps to delete your Information as quickly as possible upon your request. Further, you acknowledge that due to the fact that the Company backs-up its systems, your Information may continue to reside in the Company’s systems even after their deletion. Therefore, you should not expect that your Information will be completely removed from the Company’s systems in response to your request. In addition, the Company does not delete the Files that you have in common with other Users from its servers.

 

Security

The Company shall take reasonable steps to protect any Information that you provide and to protect the same from any loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We restrict access to personal information, maintain technology products, conduct regular vulnerability assessments and securely destroy personal information when no longer needed. We continually adapt our security measures in line with technological progress and developments. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what Information you will send to the Company. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Information to the Company or to any other party. Moreover, when you use passwords, Usernames, or other special access features of the Website and Services, it is your responsibility to safeguard them.

 

Company’s Policy Toward Children

The Website and Services are not intended for the use of children under thirteen (13) years of age. The Company does not knowingly collect Information from children of such ages. If anyone becomes aware that a child has provided the Company with his or her personal information, you may contact the Company at info@mcckgroup.com. If the Company becomes aware that a child under thirteen (13) years of age has provided the Company with his or her Personal Information, the Company will endeavor to take reasonable steps to delete such information.
